尚博东，宁波东方理工大学助理教授、博士生导师，中国通信学会高级会员，曾任美国卡内基梅隆大学博士后研究员、美国诺基亚贝尔实验室研究实习。2021年于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学取得电子工程博士学位，2018年于西安电子科技大学取得通信与信息系统硕士学位，2015年于西北大学取得通信工程学士学位。主要研究领域为下一代移动通信系统（6G）关键技术，包括空天地海一体化网络、空间信息网络、车联网、人工智能通信网络、边缘计算等。发表论文70余篇，其中在领域内著名学术期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。荣获2024年全球6G技术大会“6G星辰青年学者”奖、国家优秀自费留学生奖学金、斯坦福大学发布的全球Top 2%顶尖科学家年度科学影响力排行榜（2024，2025）、国家自然科学基金委第七届“空间信息网络”学术论坛优秀论文奖等。担任《Journal of Information and Intelligence》、《电信科学》期刊青年编委。
